Vitality C60

3 Supercharged C60 Summer Smoothies

Smoothies are a healthy summertime meal option that can be easily customized to fit your taste preferences and wellness needs. There are thousands of smoothie variations online, often with commenters adding their own variations.

Part of the appeal of smoothies comes from their nutritional benefits, but it’s hard to cram enough antioxidants into your smoothies. One way to enhance your smoothies is to add Carbon 60 (C60), a powerful antioxidant available in liquid form. Here are three great-tasting options for your next C60 smoothie.

1.      Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup frozen mango or strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2-4 pumps of Vitality C60 (depending on weight)

This smoothie has enough fruit to give it some sweetness but won’t overpower you with its flavor. To give it a fully smooth texture, blend the spinach with the water first before adding the other ingredients.

2.      Cherry Almond Smoothie

  • 1½ cups frozen cherries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice or frozen strawberries
  • 2-4 pumps of Vitality C60 (depending on weight)
  • (Optional) 1 cup protein powder

Using additional frozen fruit in place of ice will help give it a stronger flavor. However, if you use protein powder, adding ice instead of frozen fruit helps it blend better. You can add chocolate protein powder if you want to treat yourself.

3.      Mango Smoothie

  • 1½ cup Mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger
  • 2-4 pumps of Vitality C60 (depending on weight)
  • ½ a peach

Turmeric and ginger are excellent superfoods to include in smoothies, but their strong flavor makes them tricky to blend with the other ingredients. Mango works well with both of them, but you can also add half a peach for a more complex flavor.

Using Vitality C60

Vitality C60 is Carbon 60 suspended in olive oil, so it has a slight flavor that works well with vegetable and fruit smoothies. Add it to your morning smoothies or any wellness routine to take advantage of the power of antioxidants.
